John Schraeder signed with the Wave Zone Skim Team in 2009.  A long time skimboarder in the Clearwater, FL area, he represented Double Barrel Surf & Skate and later Maui Nix Surf Shop.

He has continued to have a passion for the sport and a brotense connection to the guys he has skimmed with throughout the years.   Having designed one of his team boards with a “Game Over” tech bottom when marrying, you’d think his beach days would be done.  Not so… they were just reshaped.  John is still skimming and loving life.
